Execution error

I have opted an algorithm software but while placing an order it shows execution error kindly rectify it

@kannagk Can you please provide your client ID, the date and time of the trade, and the details of the instruments you are trying to order?

In the meantime, have you checked this with the algorithm provider, and if so, what was their response?

Dear sir my client ID is 7CAZVQ. the trade was places from 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th but it shows the same error like range candle not found. i was contacted the algorithm provider they said its all good from their side. and asked me to contact upstox.
