Subject: Sandbox OAuth token exchange failing (UDAPI100500 - Profile not found for UCC 2SAYXV)

Hi Upstox Team,

I’m integrating the sandbox API and facing an error during the OAuth token exchange:

Error:
UDAPI100500 — “Profile not found for input identifier.”

App details:

• App Name: API Sandbox
• Client ID: d5c90f
• Client Secret: bgv
• Redirect URI: http://localhost:8000/callback
• UCC: 2SAYXV
• Account Name: KRISHNA DAS

Environment: Sandbox (api-sandbox.upstox.com)
Request: POST /v2/login/authorization/token

Please verify whether the sandbox environment has an active test trading profile linked to UCC 2SA or if a sandbox mapping needs to be created for this account.

This flow is not supported for sandbox apps.
The only way to generate an access token in sandbox apps is by using the “Generate Token” button available in the My Apps section under your profile.
