I want to transfer some of my shares from Upstox Demat to another demat account. I know I can transfer my shares through CDSL, the easiest facility. But whenever I initiate a request from my CDSL Easi account to upgrade to the easiest facility, the request is rejected, and the DP authentication is failed. So how can I upgrade to the easiest facility and transfer my shares?

I have placed request to transfer my shares using CDSL Easiest. Ticket id #9598081 . However, it is pending authentication at DP end (Upstox). Can you please help get it approved at the earliest.
