Infosys and Microsoft have joined forces to develop and deliver AI solutions across various sectors. The collaboration will leverage AI platforms to offer advanced capabilities for data and intelligence. Infosys is currently working on 80 client projects in AI.
Dilip Shanghvi ends formal pact with Suzlon
Sun Pharma founder Dilip Shanghvi has terminated his shareholders pact with Suzlon Energy, which he signed in 2015 to help the wind turbine maker raise capital. Shanghvi will remain as an investor in Suzlon, but will not have any formal agreement with the company and its promoters.
DB Realty acquires stakes in 3 hotels for over ₹2,300 crore
DB Realty has entered the hospitality business by acquiring stakes in three hotels in Delhi, Goa, and Mumbai for over ₹2,300 crore. The hotels are St Regis, Grand Hyatt and Hilton. Meanwhile, shares of the real estate developer are down by 3%.
