:star: MCX hit a new 52-week high
Shares of commodity exchange operator hit a fresh 52-week high of ₹3169 apiece. This comes after the company’s board decided to recover the technology cost from Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) towards the use of the old platform. MCX has also invited applications from qualified candidates for the position of managing director and chief executive officer.

:star: Spencer gains on plan to reduce debt
Shares of the retail chain are up 4% today. This comes after it said on Saturday that its subsidiary Nature’s Basket is expected to cut its debt by ₹100 crore. This will be done through a mix of loan restructuring and repayments. Also, Spencer Retail expects to be EBITDA positive (profitable at operating level) in the current year.

:star: DB Realty goes debt-free
Shares of the real estate developer are up 2.6% in the early trade. This comes after DB Realty offloaded 2.9% stake for ₹310 crore. The funds raised through the stake sale have been used to pay off the entire debt of the company.

:star: Netweb Technologies soars on tie up with NVIDIA
Shares of the domestic OEM in high-end computing surged 8.1% after it announced that it is now a manufacturing partner for the NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip and GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip MGX server designs.
