:star: PNB Housing Finance shares gain 3% post Q1 earnings
Shares of PNB Housing Finance gained as much as 2.78% to ₹803 apiece on the NSE on Friday, July 26, a day after the housing finance company reported a 25% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its net profit at ₹433 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 (Q1FY25). :star: Hero MotoCorp gets favourable verdict from Income Tax Appellate Tribunal for ₹2,336 tax demand
Hero Motocorp informed that it had filed an appeal against an income tax demand of ₹2,336 crore for the Assessment Year (AY) 2011-12. The demand arose from re-assessment. RVNL reported that the company has won an order from SER HQ-Electrical/South Eastern Railway for the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 132 kilovolt (KV) Traction Substation, Sectioning posts, and sub-sectioning posts in a 2x25 KV System. The order will be executed on the Rajkhaswan-Nayagarh-Bolani section of the Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway. Read more
