The everlasting problem of drawing remains as it is

This is the saga from the time since the the data was shifted from internal storage to cloud storage in month of April. At that point of time, my all the drawings had got deleted and after lot of hassle, we had managed to get some of them from cloud, but since then the drawings are getting deleted on a regular bases. Sometime few drawings get deleted, on a bad day you find out that none of data is available and whole of it has gone deleted, you go back and start plotting again, make a new data archive, but that is not enough as saga keeps on continuing and drawings keeps on getting deleted. Many a time it happens that you plot one trend line and go on to make next line, by the time you finish doing that, the previous fresh line gets deleted in front of eye. Whereas in native TRADING VIEW Platform drawings stays as it is forever. you will never find any line getting distorted. If it doesn’t happens there, then why it happens over here, and if the update wasn’t thoroughly checked and tested, why rush with such half cooked updates and cause the inconvenience to users.

I have been raising this issue since months now, still the problem keeps on persisting, making wonder will we ever get a glitch free trading and analyzing experience.

No you wont. Even commenting here is meaningless. They don’t even reply to such posts so that this post gets older and no one sees it. I am also facing some issues since years but we are fool here who are expecting that it will get fix. But instead you get new feature with lots of bugs.

I completely agree with you, still in upstox.tv you can hope it to get solved, or at least you will get a revert back and assurance of getting it solved down the line, but with upstox.pro, and with upstox mobile app, you report any no of glitches, bugs or any other query, they will never be replied, and if get the reply, it will be like explain them again what we want or intend to say, and we are like dude why don’t you go up and read it again… the developer team of uptox.pro would be always hesitant to resolve any of the glitch or do any kind of changes which may be good for all. Rather he will simply reply like, most of the user wouldn’t like the mentioned change even if it simplify the process. uffffff

yep happened with me too, they were asking multiple times even after mailing bugs.

I mailed a video of bug in tv.upstox.com on october 2025, first 10-15 days they followed through, then no response. Later in November they asked again for video , okay sent again, follow through for 10-15 days no resolution. Guess what happened in december again asking for video proof !!! WTF.

I hope at least somebody from development team is reading it and taking it seriously, coz it is becoming quiet hard to do any kind of analysis, as the drawings getting vanished intensity is increasing by every passing day, and god knows when the problem will get solved.
I had plotted couple of line just 5 mins back and after checking couple of other charts, when i returned back to that chart, the fresh plotted line had already gone, with this kind of erratic behavior of plotted line, how will one will be able to take any decision
