Still No Response on My Support Ticket

I raised a ticket last Monday regarding an issue with my account, and there’s still no proper response or update from your side. This level of support is really disappointing.

Ever since “Upstox Plus” was launched, customer care for regular users seems to have gone completely downhill. We’re still paying all the brokerage and maintenance charges, but when we need help, we either get no reply or a copy-pasted message that doesn’t even relate to the issue.

It shouldn’t take over a week to get a basic response. Please have someone review my ticket properly and get back to me with an actual solution — not a generic reply.

Any updates on this? It’s been two weeks already. Do you guys even have a proper back office ?
