SL order was placed and it was not squared off on time

Dear Team,

I’d like to bring to your attention an issue with the order placed for account ID 7EBMFH today. The order for Bank Nifty options was executed at 10:32 via API, and a Stop Loss (SL) order was also placed through the API. I verified in the UI, and the SL order was indeed present.

However, the SL order was intended to square off the position automatically, but unfortunately, this did not occur. Fortunately, I noticed the situation and manually squared off the position after the price fell.

Could you please advise on the possible reasons for this issue and suggest improvements for a more effective process?
