Share trf failex even if sufficient stamp duty paid and wallet balance

I have transfer my shares to another BO

Also paid and deposited stamp duty value on CDSL portal

Raised reqest through easiest portal

Added 100 rs fund in wallet

I got mail that due to insufficient balance shares cant be transfered

I HAVE ENOUGH AMOUNT IN MY UPSTOX WALLET I BEG YOU TO TRANSFER THE SHARES AS I M DOING IT SINCE 2 FKN MONTHS. HELP @Ushnota
