I have not received any update on ticket 9728898 and faced the same issue again, why these types of issues are coming in the upstox platform and who is responsible for loss.
Please find the scenario for today’s sell order which was not executed by phone, asked for more fund required to sell order and then I have tried the same order by web login then executed, suppose if any delay in web login then who is responsible for the loss.
Please find the screenshot for the same.
If these issues are coming then I need to move to a new broker and delete the account of upstox. Why am I paying brokerage if I get an error while executing the order? I can take service from other brokers.
