Request to Unblock My IP for Upstox API Access

My IP 160.202.38.85 is blocked by Cloudflare while calling Upstox v2 APIs.
Please unblock my IP or whitelist it.

I was trying to authenticate using the official Upstox OAuth URL to generate an API access token.
After logging in and approving, I used the Upstox API endpoint to exchange the authorization code:
POST https://api.upstox.com/v2/login/authorization/token

As soon as I called this endpoint from my system, Cloudflare blocked my public IP.
Please unblock or whitelist my IP (160.202.38.85).
