I encountered issue while accessing my Upstox account using the Upstox API. During my attempts, I encountered the following error:

  • Error Code: UDAPI100068
    Despite following the API documentation and ensuring that I used the correct client ID and redirect URL, I was unable to resolve the issue. After several attempts to connect via the API, I was subsequently blocked from accessing the Upstox website.

Error UDAPI100068 (Check your ‘client_id’ and ‘redirect_uri’; one or both are incorrect. - This error occurs when one of the credentials as mentioned earlier provided to the API is invalid.)

Please ensure this flow works appropriately, as many users use it daily. The error suggests a mismatch in credentials. We’ll verify from our side, but in the meantime, please double-check that the information provided is case-sensitive and free of typos.
