Register my sole proprietor current account

How do i register my current account? I was able to register the sole proprietorship current account with another broker by giving a bank statement and letter from the bank stating my name, proprietorship name but it isnt getting registered with upstox

Since we allow individual trading accounts, the bank account linked must be in your name. A company-registered account cannot be added to your trading account. You can find instructions for adding a bank account here - uptx.to/addbank.

It isnt a company account. A company is a pvt ltd/llp etc with its own pan card. It is a sole proprietorship bearing the same pan card number as my personal pan card. I have an udyam certificate showing my name as the owner for the propreitorship. By law there is no difference between me and my entity since it is a sole propreitorship. Kindly do assist in getting the account registered as it is imperative to me keeping my funds and trading with upstox. I really like your platform and dont want to move my money to the other brokers where the current account is registered.

Got it! In order to complete your bank addition application, please provide a letter from your bank confirming that the proprietor of the mentioned firm is the applicant. Combine this letter with your bank proof document into a single PDF file and submit your application using the steps outlined here: uptx.to/addbank.

The bank addition section only allows for image files to be uploaded and doesnt let me upload multiple images. How do i provide the PDF of the bank statement and letter from the bank?

Can i just raise a request through a ticket attaching the PDFs?
