Could you please review this ticket -9628372

My concern is very simple — we are not receiving any notifications when there is a debit amount in our account. Ideally, we should be informed immediately with a message such as “You have a debit balance in your account, please clear it by EOD to avoid pledging of shares.”

However, we are only receiving messages after the shares are already pledged, stating “Please pay the amount or else we will sell the shares.”

Additionally, once a trade is completed, the account should instantly reflect any negative balance. In this case, the negative balance was visible only after a few hours, making it difficult for end users like us to monitor and act on time.

In view of this, I sincerely request you to reverse the charges applied due to this issue

Could you please share an update on this ticket? I must say this has been quite a frustrating experience, as no notification was received regarding the negative balance, and the shares were directly pledged for recovery without any prior alert.
