There mutiple question pls answer respectively,

1. there are mentioned of rate limit of rest api is 2000/30 min is it based on per app or overall user (all app).
2. is this rate limit of 2000/30 min applicable for data api like live quotes.
3. what is connection limit of websocket, also mentioned limit is on basis on per app or overall user.
