Is there sticky order feature for multiple order even after having slice order or other type of order in both web and smartphone platform as I am unaware of it and don’t want to go with basket order.

Bulk modification will work best for large pending slice orders, whether they are limit orders or SL orders, if they are available there. Otherwise, it is the same as a basket order; once placed, either you have to cancel them all and re-enter with a new price or modify them one by one.
