Notifier Webhook not working to get access_token

I have created an application where I can get the access_token after approving.
Currently, the given notified webhook URL is not working; no data is passing through it, even after approving the request.
But when testing it using webhook.site, the data is passing through there.
Could you please whitelist my Notifier Webhook URL: https://mhdsharuk.pythonanywhere.com/upstox-webhook-v2
