Not receiving Access Token on Notifier URL

Hi,

I’m calling the access-token-request api and it called successfully, however, I’m not receiving any requests on the notifier webhook?

I have tested the notifier with webhook.site, and that is receiving the requests. It seems that my notifier url is blocked?

Could you assist in resolving this issue?

I have created an application where I can get the access_token after approving.
Currently, the given notified webhook URL is not working; no data is passing through it, even after approving the request.
But when testing it using webhook.site, the data is passing through there.
