Please help me disable every now and then market updates notification in the iOS app. It’s really a disappointment to see such thing being forced!! Please help!

I am 70 years old, using upstox, and everyday I get 30+ notifications on my mobile from Upstox.
I modified app notifications - No results
I contacted upstox chat, 10+ min wait - No results and asked to modify app notifications
I called helpline 5+ min wait - so many questions and then told there is no way you can modify these notifications, or raise a ticket. He also refused to give me any email for escalation. And this was the second call, first one did not connect and her mic was faulty, I could not hear anything.
It has been 1 hour since I am solving this issue, and no result. As Upstox is deliberately forcing these notifications without the option to disable them, or no easy option.
See screenshots below. My ID is 7LBZYY, I do not want any notifications beyond the orders I place.
I am very surprised that I have to post here to disable notifications, like other users.
