Not able to Authentication

We are encountering an error that says ‘Something went wrong. Please try again after some time.’ with error code [1017127]. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this issue.

Could you please verify whether the account you are using to log in is the same one you used to create the app? This is a personal account and only allows the owner of the account to log in.
