Missing OI in live feed

Hello Team,

I am integrating the Upstox WebSocket Market Data Feed V3 into my application, but I am encountering a permissions/entitlement issue.

and Even though I am subscribing using "mode": "full" or "full_d30", all option instruments always come through as

FeedUnion = ltpc
ltpc.ltp =
oi = None
optionGreeks = None
marketFF missing
firstLevelWithGreeks missing

Could you please share the instrument for which you faced this issue?
Additionally, please note that OI data is available only for option contracts.
