Lloyds Engineering's SLB Limits Revised: What It Means for You

NSE Clearing has revised the position limits for LLOYDSENGG under the Securities Lending and Borrowing (SLB) Scheme, effective today, April 29, 2025.

What has changed?
The Market-Wide Position Limit (MWPL) has been increased from 5.06 crore shares to 5.73 crore shares.

Here’s the new breakdown:

  • Market-Wide Limit: 5,73,18,804 shares
  • Institutional Client Limit: 57,31,880 shares
  • Participant Limit: 57,31,880 shares
  • Non-Institutional Client Limit: 5,73,188 shares

What does this mean?
Higher limits = higher borrowing and lending potential. This usually reflects increased interest in the stock and allows more room for traders and institutions to participate in SLB activity.
