I tried to upgrade from easi to Easiest in cdsl portal. I completed procedure from my end. It has to be authorised from upstox and it haven’t been authorised, the current status is “pending for authentication” what should I do?

9581234 is the previous ticket number. 9582431 is the current ticket number. Please approve transactions that are pending in CDSL Easiest platform to transfer my shares and mutual funds to another broker for my convenience. Date of transaction of that transfer is 25 06 2025 that I kept in CDSL Platform on 24th as the time was after market hours. Yesterday I loaded money in wallet to cover negative balance and today after knowing charges, I have loaded the required amount. Please check and approve my transaction as soon as possible.

I have just now initiated new transaction as I have observed that the old ones got expired. Please look into it. How much time will it take to approve the transaction?
