My alert on indices get triggered because of per-market ticks. Even though the market opens flat but at exactly 9 am, there are times when nifty ticks are almost 500-700 points away. Sometimes 1000 points. and this triggers alert and then i have to again go and set the alert which deceives the purpose of alert all together.
You should only trigger alert in live market or atleast when market settles after pre market session.
This trigger is unnecessary in premarket as there is nothing you can do also, if market opens flat, you need to again set the trigger.
Can you guys fix this ? It’s an easy fix though.
