What is the validity of the instrument key? I mean will this key change on the expiry of FnO contract, and this key will never repeat?
@Jigar_Patel Every day, the instrument file is updated to include all active stocks and contracts. For expired F&O contracts, the instrument key will be removed from the file after its expiry date; however, it will be present on the day of expiry itself. Similarly, delisted stocks are also removed from the instrument file on a daily basis.
