Why is my pledged margin shown incorrectly as 22.69 lakhs? Please find my holdings below. Using the correct haircuts, I should have a margin of 24.1 lakhs. It was showing correctly until yesterday and showing as almost 1.5 lakhs lower today despite the P&L today remaining flat. Please rectify this bug in the system asap.

But why was it showing the incorrect margin in the first place? And this is not the first time this has happened either. I was not able to take the desired number of positions today as a result, leading to missed profits. And talking to helpdesk earlier was a joke, who were not willing to accept the bug, even going to the extent of saying that the haircut for liquid bees is 15% (!) and thatās why margin was shown as 22.69 lakhs. This is ridiculous to be honest. Thanks.

So sorry to hear about your experience with the customer service. Yes, there was an issue with the haircut applied to one of the scrips, which led to the incorrect margin being displayed.
We sincerely apologise for the confusion and the impact it had on the trades today. The claim about the 15% haircut on LiquidBees was incorrect, and weāll be taking this up internally to ensure such miscommunication doesnāt happen again.
