Incomplete Bid/Ask depth?

Hi,

I am going to share one bid ask quotes from two instruments. The first has bid ask quote bidP and askQ, while the second instrument has bidP, bidQ, askP, askQ, for full 30 levels

Could it be protobuf dropping the keys when it finds them as zero ?
