Hi,

Thanks for your query. Currently, we are saving the charts only in local storage. If you are using our app in incognito window, then it will not be saved once incognito window is closed.

Additionally, if you clear the browser cache, then saved charts will vanish from the local storage. We have implemented the feature to save charts to cloud in the Trading view app and it’s a work-in-progress.

Once we release this feature, you would be able to save charts to cloud.

Thanks for your quick response. However, please explain me the ways as to how the features (viz. horizontal and trend lines, volume, RSI and favourites) in chart are saved in order to avoid repetitiveness while logging out and logging in. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @SaurabhM,

Please note that by choosing the ‘cloud storage’ option in the save settings menu, you can store your chart settings on the cloud, making them accessible from any system.
