Just got this error while trying to place a order…no valid reason found for rejection. Missed a good trade oppurtunity…i have sufficient funds in my account.

Is there any feedback I can get on this, but as much as I have seen this error did not occur because of my implementation. The Instrument Key, the Quantity, the Access Token Used, fund availability, I have looked at all the things from my side by now…I couldn’t find any error. The Exception also says that the issue occurred on the backend and to contact Support. For these errors do we have some other kind of communication mechanism as I can understand the DEV team would be busy with other things and this might go unnoticed.
