Enable market data for my server

Hi Upstox Dev Support,

My app is successfully calling GET https://api.upstox.com/v3/feed/market-data-feed/authorize and receiving authorizedRedirectUri.

WebSocket connects successfully but returns only market_info frames with feedCount: 0. No equity ticks are received.

Client Details:

  • Client ID: 4FCB98
  • Sample authorized_redirect_uri: wss://wsfeeder-api.upstox.com/market-data-feeder/v3/upstox-developer-api/feeds?requestId=…
  • Subscription mode tested: Both “ltpc” and “full”
  • Instruments tested: NSE_EQ|INE002A01018 (Reliance) - verified exact key from instrument dump
  • WebSocket handshake: SUCCESS (Authorization header included)
  • Binary frames received: YES (protobuf decoding works)

Issue: feedCount always returns 0 despite successful connection and subscription.

Please check server logs for my client ID and enable Market Data Feed V3 streaming for equities, or advise what permissions need to be enabled.
