Delay in CDSL Easiest activation

I am following up regarding my CDSL Easiest registration linked to my Upstox Demat account.

While completing the registration process, I encountered the following issues:

  • Upstox Ticket Number: 9617401

  • CDSL Ticket Number: 922729

  • CDSL Message: “BOID is not registered for easi/easiest facility.”

  • Additional Message on Registration Page: “Your registration for Easiest is pending with your DP for authentication. Kindly approach your DP to activate your login for Easiest.”

It appears that my registration is still pending authentication from the DP side. Request you to please review and assist in completing the activation process.
