@Ushnota, are we supposed to create tickets for everything? Isn’t Upstox supposed to do these tasks by virtue of being a DP? For what are we paying the quarterly fee?

Let me tell you something. I started this entire process last Friday with 4 DPs. Fyers, Finvasia, Dhan & Upstox. Fyers, Finvasia & Dhan (all of which have no AMC) finished the entire process including Trusted account authentication on Monday itself. Without the need to raise one single ticket. Today is Friday and Upstox still hasn’t done the trusted account authentication? Why do we have to put up with such pathetic service from Upstox?
