Concern about Algo trades with options vs futures

Hello Team ,

I am using upstox for algo trading . Today morning a option trade - 24900 CE got executed. Upstox didnt consider it as options and instead it considered as futures and the trade got failed.

I checked with algo trading company and they confirmed that the issue is with only upstox broker and not with any other brokers.

What to do ? How to resolve this issue ?

(This is a serious concern and can lead to losses sometimes)

I am not from Upstox team but I have observed There are 3 sell orders against your 1 buy order. Bro I guess your algo provider has placed multiple sell orders. As per your screenshot your position is already exited on first sell order then there are another 2 sell orders which have been placed by algo provider. If you had enough balance in your account it would cause you loss. Please confirm it with your algo provider.
