I raised two tickets to get approval for cdsl easiest authentication but the latest info that I got from their support team is that they have closed those tickets without any comment. Is that intentional? I got one of the ticket to reopen but no response from Upstox at all even though Customer support said that I will receive the update by EOD.

@Ushnota CDSL easiest account activation pending since 2 days . 9482093 is already raised and got response asking for screenshot. Does upstox service agents don’t even know what cdsl easiest activation means? Please approve ASAP.

@Ushnota my ticket no. 9737069. please approve my cdsl easiest account. while seeing this conversation my conclusion is that upstox intensely not approve account. and it is dark practice. don’t do this type of fraud with your valuable customers. thank you..
