Candles and price not getting adjusted to final closin price even on next day from closing

This Oswal Agro chart is from Trading View showing its final closing price at 77.57 and accoringly day candle is formed . Many a times there is sudden fall in last 5 mins in low volume stock and many a times there is a differnece of 2 to 3% aswell in closing price and final closing price, and candle formed goves compllete different view.

Now this is Oswal agro chart from Upstox.tv which is showing the same chart closing price at 77.01 price whereas actual closing is at 77.57 and even market data is showing seller at that price.

Such difference in price happens in many stocks, this is jst one of that example. And ya agreed it is not that big issue, but not even that small one , which can be ignored, after all there is zero % scope of error when there is money involved, and precision is of top most priority.

When will all the stock start shwoing actual final closing price once the market is closed. Many a times, the clsoing price and final closing price differnece is 5% aswell, like the above screen shot, where the price was 20.69, and it is reflecting the same price even after 15 mins of closing where as you can see order placed at 21.46 in post market orders, which means that final closing has come to 21.46, i.e arround 4% more than clsoing price which is indicated, accordingly the candle is formed, which can make us go wrong in analysis.

tv showing 21.46 -10.85% up , where as for same stock, tv.upstox is showing 20.69 - 6.87%, 4% differnce
