There has been issues in upstox with portfolio display after any corporate actions due to non adjustment of average price.
I have participated in the Arunis Rights Issue twice, and there has also been a stock split in Dhariwal. However, my portfolio currently shows erroneous holding data. The adjusted average prices have not been updated, making it impossible for me to accurately track my investments or determine my current profit/loss position
In an era of automated trading systems, it is concerning that these basic adjustments remain unresolved. Kindly rectify my portfolio data manually from back and provide an immediate timeline for when these corporate actions will reflect correctly. Looking forward to a prompt resolution.
