Annual Maintenance Charged despite “Lifetime Free” plan

I have been charged an AMC of ₹354.

However, my account should have AMC = 0, which was the reason I chose Upstox in the first place.

I did receive the email titled “Latest Features & Key Updates on Upstox”, but it does not clearly mention any chargeable fees.

The line “To continue pushing the boundaries of trading and investing technology, we’re making a few adjustments” in no way implies the introduction of an AMC.
