My Upstox account was opened on 20 April 2021, when lifetime ₹0 AMC was the standard offering for new accounts.
At the time of onboarding, no annual maintenance charges were disclosed or consented to by me.
I request a refund of the AMC charged and written confirmation of my AMC status going forward. I’d appreciate Upstox respecting their given word at the time of account opening and not randomly start charging customers who created their accounts when Upstox heavily advertised “0 Lifetime Account Maintenance Charges”.
