I have opened my upstox account after confirming that it’ll not deduct a single penny in terms of amc it was mentioned that AMC will be lifetime for free but suddenly it is showing that my account got charged for not paying the AMC.
Kindly check the issue I have also raised the concern my ticket id is - 9491644 and my ucc is - 2VBNQR.
I was thinking to go ahead for a long time with upstox but sudden charges making me think about my future relations with upstox.
I hope Old users will get transparancy and upstox is a trusted name in market. I think there was some mistake from your team which costed AMC but I hope team will solve the problem.
