I opened my Upstox account on 30-Nov-2019 under a lifetime free AMC plan. Suddenly, I see a −₹354 charge in my account, which support says is AMC as per the revised pricing from Feb 2025.
As a long-term investor, I had planned to grow with Upstox. This change — without clear opt-in or detailed notification — feels unfair.
Could you please review this and clarify why lifetime AMC was revoked for older accounts like mine?

I appreciate Upstox honoring the original Free AMC plan for FY 2025–26.

I had opened my account under the lifetime free AMC plan in 2019. When I noticed an AMC charge recently, I raised a ticket and also posted here.
@Ushnota helped get it reviewed, and the ₹354 was reversed. I was informed that no AMC will be charged for FY 2025–26.
Would suggest raising a ticket and tagging her if you’re in a similar situation.

I am facing a similar issue. I have completed all the required procedures — raised a ticket, pinged you on the community forum, and followed up via email. But all I received in response was:
“Upstox AMC rates have been revised for the current financial year.”
Why are two customers facing the same issue being treated differently? Even though my issue remains unresolved, your backend team is closing my ticket, and you are also responding with a message saying it has been closed.
