I have updated nominee details on Upstox. After Nominee update they have Debited 59 Rupees from my account.
Why Upstox is not mentioning any associated charges with account update??
Are you guys purposefully avoiding displaying the associated charges related to account update?
After amount Debited, you guys will simply say its mentioned on the upstox pricing changes topic like that??
I have been using upstox for more than three years & I have never expected’ this from upstox

To clarify, the ₹59 charge you’ve noticed is a nominal fee applicable for processing any account modification request — such as bank, nominee, or address updates — through our depository partner (CDSL/NSDL). This charge is not specific to nominee updates alone but applies to any such change initiated from the client’s end.
We do our best to maintain transparency, and these charges are listed under the “Account Modification Charges” section on our official Upstox Pricing page, which is publicly available on our website. However, I understand how this could have come as an unpleasant surprise, especially since you’ve been a valued Upstox customer for over three years.
