When can we expect the 100 instrument limit on websocket to be increased?

Hi,
From last year there have been mentions of increasing the 100 instrument limit of websocket.
Zerodha supports 3000 over one socket and 3 websocket connections.(9000 in total).
Can we expect the limit to be increased soon?
