What is the process for starting Non-Individual Account with Upstox?

Hello Team,

I’ve been receiving mixed information regarding the availability of Non-Individual Accounts with Upstox. Could you please confirm whether this account type is currently supported?

If it is available, I would appreciate it if you could share the process to initiate a Non-Individual Account. In case it is not yet supported, is there a tentative timeline or roadmap for when this feature might be introduced?

Hi @Arunachalam_Sakthive,

At the moment, non-individual accounts cannot be opened digitally. However, we’re actively working on enabling this feature and hope to roll it out very soon. Stay tuned for updates!

I’m planning to open accounts for both my LLP and HUF. Could you please share if there’s a tentative timeline for the rollout of non-individual account support?

Alternatively, do you currently facilitate the opening of non-individual accounts through an offline process?
