Urgent: Request to Revoke Temporary Suspension Due to Rate Limit Exceedance and Information on API Purchase

I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered while testing my system on the live environment. Unfortunately, I did not notice the rate limits, and I believe I exceeded the per second limit of 25 requests. As a result, I received the following error:

Error: server rejected WebSocket connection: HTTP 403

Due to this, my user ID has been temporarily suspended. I would like to request the revocation of this suspension. The rate limit exceedance occurred during the testing phase of my system. I have now adjusted my system to comply with the rate limits and ensure this does not happen again.

Please revoke the temporary suspension of my access so I can continue with my testing and implementation.

Additionally, I would like to inquire about the process and cost of purchasing your API. Currently, I am aware that the API is available for free, but I am interested in understanding the pricing structure and any other relevant details for future use.

Using the API is currently free. If we decide to charge for it in the future, we will communicate this change through the community channel and via email to customers.
