When trying to buy any options on sensex or bankex option chain, there is no error shown and nothing happens… it displays the window for placing the order but post submit button, nothing happens. Can someone from upstox look into this? My user ID is 69AX5Z.

I use web… their number is probably appearing as spam… can you pls call again and confirm the number from which you are calling as the problem still persists. Yesterday evening I contacted on the chat also and I was told that it is resolved; however, its not. Please assist in resolving.
