Unable to place sell order

I am trying to place sell order and it’s failing. Please find the screenshot attached.

My KYC is already verified
I have also raised the following tickets to updated the KYC status and resolve the issue. But no progress so far. It’s more than 2 weeks.

Please help.

Customer ID 106161.
