Trading in the Web Version Through tv.upstox.com

I had been trading from multiple charts in Upstox Pro web version but faced/still facing difficulties in terms of frequent dis-connections and connections. Also chart values used to freeze. The problem was referred to your team, videos and screenshots were provided. After a long time i was told that the problem is due to my internet.

Now I am trading from tv.upstox.com and connection issues are not there. This means the problem is not with my network. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve the issue.

Also how to put stop loss on orders eg, banknifty options taken from your tv.upstox.com? How to put target once the order is already placed.

Also, it takes a while for the order to get executed from tv.upstox.com. Request to make it instant.

Thank you for your feedback. Our team is already working on this to fix it.

For placing Stop loss orders or target orders in TV, you will have to use the Stop or Stop Limit order type in Trading View and place the SL and Target Order manually as we do not have order type like GTT on TV.

For the execution issue, we will need more details from you as we are not facing the issue at our end. Could you please raise a ticket here with the necessary screenshots so that we can look at it?
