:star: NTPC Green Energy enters into joint venture agreement with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure
NTPC announced on Thursday that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NTPC Green Energy (NGEL), has inked a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology. Following the announcement, shares of the company were trading by 1% at ₹439 per share. The company reported that under the joint venture, the companies will undertake the development of 10 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy parks and projects in Maharashtra and other states in India.
