JSW Steel trades positive on 6% YoY rise in Q2FY25 steel production
JSW Steel has reported consolidated crude steel production for Q2FY25 at 6.77 million tonnes, increasing by 6% Year-on-Year (YoY) over 6.41 million tonnes in Q2FY24. The Crude Steel production was higher by 7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). Capacity utilisation at Indian Operations stood at 91% for Q2FY25. The company reported production of 6.63 million tonnes from Indian Operations in Q2FY25 and over 6.20 million tonnes in Q2FY24, a 7% growth. RCF jumps 8% on awarding L&T a major order of ₹1,000 crore for setting up new fertiliser plant
Shares of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF) jumped 8% on Thursday after the company’s board approved a new fertiliser plant at a cost of ₹1000 crore to L&T. Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers’ (RCF) Board has accorded its approval for the placement of a purchase order on Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for setting up of 1200 MTPD (DAP basis) Complex Fertilizer plant on LSTK Basis at RCF, ThaI, worth Rs 1000.27 crore (excluding GST). IREDA Q2 results: Stock trades higher ahead of Q2 earnings
State-run energy sector financing firm Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) will declare its results for the September quarter (Q2FY25) on Thursday, October 10. IREDA had earlier informed stock exchanges in a filing that a meeting of its board of directors will be held on October 10 “to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024”.
